It is PMS (<strong>Property Management System<\/strong>) developed together with users. The features that appear first are a response to the needs and suggestions of those who use the system on a daily basis - and this is why we want to show you what the whole process looks like 'behind the scenes'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. we have our own system development map<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Every product must have a vision and a strategy. In mobile-calendar, too, we have a list of functionalities that we want to implement in order to make the system a complete tool for managing an accommodation facility. In doing so, we look at trends in the hospitality industry, developments in technology (e.g. integrating with channel managers or online payments) and which solutions really make things more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. We listen to users every day<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, we are carrying out <strong>a database of our customers' suggestions<\/strong>. Everyone who reports a new need ends up on this list. It doesn't matter to us whether it's a small guesthouse with five rooms or a hotel with a hundred bookings a day - every comment is analysed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What's more, we look at how often a suggestion is repeated. If more than a dozen people write to say that they miss a particular feature (e.g. automatic reminders for visitors), we immediately know that this is something that will make life easier for many users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. surveys - deciding on priorities together<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once in a while we send users <strong>questionnaires with list of functions<\/strong>which we are considering for implementation in the coming months. This is the moment when <strong>we put the floor in your hands<\/strong> - because you are the ones who know best what is most important here and now in your daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way we know not only what is needed, but also which solutions are <strong>most urgent<\/strong>. In practice, this means that it is up to the users to decide whether to implement, for example, an improved report module or a new option for integrating iCal calendars more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 Pre-implementation consultation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When the suggestion comes from a specific user, very often before implementation <strong>we contact in addition<\/strong> and we ask for details. This is the stage that allows us to break down the idea into smaller requirements and make sure that we prepare a solution that is tailored to real needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, the new function is not just a 'technical add-on', but an actual tool that solves a specific problem - such as faster guest check-in, better control of payments or more efficient management of room availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why does this approach work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong> - The mobile-calendar grows with users, not alongside them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparency<\/strong> - every customer has an influence on the development of the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Practicality<\/strong> - we implement the functions that are really in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effectiveness<\/strong> - each update simplifies the day-to-day management of bookings, rather than complicating processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In mobile-calendar, system development is a process that combines <strong>our strategic plans<\/strong> z <strong>Your needs<\/strong>.
