From 1 April 2026 KSeF becomes mandatory for most businesses.
Therefore, in the mobile-calendar we have implemented full integration with the National e-Invoice System - so that users can issue and send invoices that comply with the new regulations without additional tools.
How does KSeF work in the mobile-calendar?
Once the integration is activated, the entire invoicing process takes place automatically:
- You issue the invoice in mobile-calendar
- The system sends it to KSeF
- The invoice is given a KSeF identification number
- The status of the document is visible directly in the system
Depending on your settings, you can choose:
- manual dispatch - you first check the invoice and then send it to KSeF
- automatic dispatch - invoices are sent automatically every 10 minutes
Once sent, you can track the status of the invoice:
- Staged
- Awaiting KSeF
- Accepted KSeF
- KSeF error
This gives you full control over the invoicing process.
What does the KSeF integration into the mobile-calendar enable?
With integration you can:
- send invoices directly to KSeF
- receive an invoice identification number
- check the status of documents
- archive invoices in one place
- comply with regulations
All without leaving the mobile-calendar.
Since when has KSeF been compulsory?
The Ministry of Finance is introducing the KSeF in stages:
- 1 February 2026. - large companies
- 1 April 2026 - other companies and sole proprietorships
- 1 January 2027 - the smallest digitally excluded entities
It is therefore worth setting up the integration now.
How do I configure KSeF in mobile-calendar?
To link the mobile-calendar with KSeF, a certificate must be generated in the Ministry of Finance system and then added in the integration settings.
