Szallas Group is a group of booking portals from Central and Eastern Europe. It includes Szallas.hu in Hungary, Hotely.cz in the Czech Republic, travelminit.ro in Romania, and Nocowanie.pl and Noclegi.pl in Poland.
For many properties, this is an important source of bookings from guests in the region. The integration covers all the group's services, so one connection is enough, regardless of which of them you list your property on.
However, every additional sales channel is another calendar to keep an eye on, another place to update prices, and another opportunity to make a double booking. That’s why mobile-calendar has integrated directly with Szallas Group.
After connecting the accounts, reservations from the group's services automatically go to mobile-calendar, and you set prices, availability, and restrictions in one place.
Reservations from Szallas Group services immediately added to the calendar
When a guest books a stay on any of the group's services where you list your property, the reservation appears in the mobile-calendar in real time. The guest's details and the price of the stay are also included.
You don’t need to log in to the service panel just to see if there’s anything new. You can see reservations next to direct bookings and bookings made through other channels.
Changes and cancellations are also updated automatically. If a guest cuts their stay short or cancels their arrival, the calendar will show this without your intervention.
Synchronization available in both directions
Integration works in both directions. Reservations added in mobile-calendar – by phone, directly or from another portal – are immediately blocked in Szallas Group’s services.
This is where the biggest value lies. You don't have to remember to manually close the deadlines in several panels, and the risk of overbooking drops significantly.
Prices and restrictions set in mobile-calendar
From the moment you designate mobile-calendar as your channel manager in the Manage Pricing & Availability panel, you manage prices and availability only in mobile-calendar. From one place you set:
- prices per night,
- the minimum and maximum length of stay,
- closing of sales at selected dates.
Changes are automatically sent to the group's services. If you also use other channels connected to mobile-calendar, you update everything in one calendar instead of in several tabs in the browser.
Direct integration instead of iCal
Until now, many booking sites have connected with iCal to provide a calendar. This solution only transfers booked dates, and with a delay.
Direct integration delivers bookings immediately, along with guest details and prices, and allows you to manage prices and restrictions. Less waiting for the calendar to refresh and fewer situations where the same date is sold twice.
How does it look in everyday work?
Let’s say you own several apartments and sell them through Szallas Group’s websites, other portals, and directly.
The guest books a long weekend through one of the group's services. The reservation immediately appears in the mobile calendar, with the guest's details and the length of the stay. The date is automatically blocked on all connected channels.
A little while later, a regular customer calls and asks for another weekend. You enter the reservation into the mobile-calendar – and that date disappears from the offer on the Szallas Group websites without any additional clicking required.
Before the season starts, you raise the prices and set the minimum stay for the holidays to three nights. You do this once, in the mobile-calendar.
How to start?
Before you start, check one thing: if you have one of the group's services connected through iCal, disconnect it – both in mobile-calendar and in the panel of the respective service.

Szallas Group as part of your calendar
Nocowanie.pl, Noclegi.pl, Szallas.hu, Hotely.cz and travelminit.ro remain separate sales channels, but they do not need to be separate places to monitor. You have reservations, availability and prices in one calendar – the same one you use to manage the rest of your property.
